Where do you ship from?
Most of our items ship from PA, however some items do ship from different warehouses in other states.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

INKtropolis.com has an extremely simple and easy ordering process! First, locate the product you are interested in purchasing. On the order page showing your requested item, fill in the appropriate information, including quantity, size, colors and the wording you’d like printed on your item. Font size and layout may be adjusted for best placement by us. If you have unique specifications, please utilize the "Special Instructions" box at the bottom of the order form.

Once you have ordered all the items you need, you will be taken through a 3-step checkout process. This process will ask you for your billing and shipping information, email address, as well as ask you to enter any promotion code you may have. When finished, you will review the items you are purchasing and click ‘submit’ to complete the order. Finally, you will receive a confirmation message including your order number. Your order will begin being processed and a confirmation email will be sent to your supplied email address.

Can I see what my design looks like before it is printed?
We normally do not send proofs unless specifically requested, you may request one in the "special instructions" box during the ordering process.

Are there font options?

While we do not have a list of font options simply because we literally have over 1000's of fonts to choose from, you may request a specific font in the special instructions box during the ordering process and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Will the colors I chose look exactly like the colors on my screen?

Every computer monitor, tablet screen, phone displays colors differently however there should only be slight differences.

I don't see the color I'm looking for, can you do other colors not on the color chart?
Of course, please send us a message with the color you'd like and we will match it up as closely as we can.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders generally take 7-10 business days from date you place your order, to in your hands delivery. If you need it sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option. If unsure your item will arrive before your event, send us a message, and we will be glad to help you out!

I don't see what I am looking for, do you do custom work?
Absolutely, we love custom work. Send us a message via the contact us page, and we will get in touch with you!

Do you offer discounts?

We do offer discounts, check out our facebook for special coupon codes during the holidays. If you need a large order, 15+ sheets of stickers, please contact us for special pricing.

Can I cancel my order?

Since most items are specifically customized and personalized for you, orders can only be cancelled if they haven't been sent to production and haven't been shipped.

Problems With Your Order

How do I return an order?

Once an order has been printed or shipped, it cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part or arrives damaged.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please do not discard anything. Take a picture of the damage then please contact us as soon as possible, but it must be within 5 business days so that we may begin working on the replacements for you.

What if there is an error on my order?

When the error is our mistake, we will reprint the order at no charge to you and ship the order out as soon as possible.

If the error is made by the customer, we will offer you a discounted price on a new order.

**It is vital that you enter all customization fields accurately and make sure to double check your spelling.

Shipping

Do you ship outside of the United States?

As almost all items are time sensitive, we only ship domestically.

Can I change my ship-to address?

We will be happy to change your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We mostly ship using USPS and UPS.
